Tender Oven Baked Chicken Breast Recipe

My mom made fun of me when I told her I have the best recipe for baked chicken breast. Why? Because who needs a recipe for making a baked chicken breast? But a lot of times the chicken breast tend to dries out, and then it’s no good.
After you will make this recipe I grantee you that you will not make any other chicken breast recipe. This chicken breast is so tender and juicy, and  it’s the fastest lunch there is. 25 minutes and you are good to go.

Ingredients

whole chicken brast
A Tablespoon of olive oil
1 Tablespoon of sweet paprika
¼ a teaspoon of black pepper
½ a teaspoon of smoked paprika
¼ a teaspoon of garlic powder
1 Teaspoon brown sugar
Salt to taste (I put about ½ a teaspoon)

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 425°F / 220°C
2. Place the chicken breast on a cutting board and with the help of meat mallet, pound the chicken breast to .08-inch\ 2 cm.
Make sure the thickness of all the chicken breast is equal to ensure even baking.
I recommend putting a Ziplock bag on the chicken breast, before pounding to promise nothing will  get wet or dirty.
3. Place the chicken in a glass Pyrex pan suitable for the oven. If you are using metal pan line a baking paper before placing the chicken breast
4. Drizzle the olive oil on the chicken and with the help of your hands rub it all over the chicken
5. In a small bowl, combine all the spices and sprinkle it on the chicken. Rub the seasoning  with the help of your hands to promise equal coat
6. Cover the pan with aluminum  foil and place in the oven for 18-20 minutes
7. Remove the foil and broil for another 3 minutes
