Creating a Decorative Clock

I like unique items, that nobody has except me. Because of that I have a problem with big manufacturer brands. I don’t like to buy something that I will see in another house. It’s true for furniture or clothing. With that said you  can probably understand my big passion for second hand items and for arts and crafts. I get a lot of pleasure from creating my own new and unique Items, and they cost me much less money than the regular pre made, manufacturer items.
When we moved to th U.S, to our new apartment, it took me a while to decide how to decorate it, which item will fit, and of course each item was chosen after a lot of thought.
   Creating a decorative clock
Material
  • Plastic plate
  • The mechanism of a clock
  • Domino Cubes (by the way I got mine at” good will”).
  • Glue
  • Marker pen
Before I describe the process, it is important to me to clarify: you can use a lot of cool, groovy staff and not just domino cubes. You can use small toy cars, Crayola colors, bear plugs, thin slices of Cork, dice- you can go crazy with all kind of stuff, it all depends on style are you looking for or prefer.
Process
  1. Put a small dot in the middle the plate.
2. Use a drill to make a hole in the middle of the plate.
3. Glue the domino cubes
4. Attach the mechanism of the watch onto the plate.
5. Hang on the wall.
