5 Minute Pizza Dough Recipe

Today, February 9th is the International Pizza Day. In honor of this holly day, I decided to share with you this fabulous recipe.
As an impatient person, and on top of it I don’t really how to plan ahead (not very American by me).  That’s why to make a regular pizza dough recipe – with yeast, rising time, etc. – isn’t suit for me.
Whenever I fell like make a pizza I make this 5 minute pizza dough recipe- hope you would like it!

Ingredients

500 gr. of all purpose flour
250 gr. of sour cream\ greak yogurt (I’m using “Fage” )\ cottage cheese
4 tablespoons of grated cheese – not required, but upgrades
4 tablespoons of olive oil
A quarter cup of milk or water
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons flat baking powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 480F°\ 250C°
Mix all ingredients in the mixer with a hook.
I recommend adding the milk gradually – if your dough is still dry add more of the liquid.
Roll dough to desired thickness and shape (I like thin crust).
Spread your favorite pizza sauce (should I add my recipe?), mozzarella cheese (or any other you prefer) and your favorite toppings and bake for about 15minutes. I like that the cheese is a bit burnt.
